The event titled “Automatic Irrigation Systems in Landscape Design: Principles of Planning and Implementation,” organized by the Department of Landscape Architecture, Faculty of Architecture at Süleyman Demirel University, was successfully completed.

Held at the invitation of Prof. Dr. Atila Gül, the event featured Bulut Öncü, a practitioner in the field. The program addressed the importance of automatic irrigation systems in landscape design, their planning processes and implementation principles.

In his presentation, Bulut Öncü shared practical field experience and discussed appropriate system selection, water efficiency and sustainable landscape management, providing up-to-date insights to support students’ professional development.
