Family Communication and Effective Parenting Seminars Held for Our Staff

Under the coordination of our Faculty Quality Office, seminars titled “Family Communication” and “Effective and Competent Parenting” were organized for our staff by Specialist Psychological Counselor Saadet ÇAĞLAYANER and Psychologist Neslihan TAŞÇIOĞLU TAŞ, who serve at the Provincial Directorate of Family and Social Services. The seminars, held on July 14, 2026, focused on the crucial role of parents in children's healthy development and the importance of effective communication within the family. Throughout the program, participants were provided with valuable information on effective communication among family members, fostering empathy and mutual understanding, healthy communication with children, positive parenting practices, setting appropriate boundaries, understanding children's emotional needs, and approaches that strengthen family relationships.

During the question-and-answer sessions held at the end of the seminars, our staff had the opportunity to consult the experts and receive guidance on issues related to family communication and parenting.

At the conclusion of the program, certificates of appreciation were presented to Specialist Psychological Counselor Saadet ÇAĞLAYANER and Psychologist Neslihan TAŞÇIOĞLU TAŞ in recognition of their valuable contributions and informative presentations.
