Our First-Year Students Met with Our Graduates

As part of the 2026–2027 “World Architecture Week” events, our first-year students came together with our graduates.

The meeting was organized to contribute to the professional development of students who are newly beginning their architectural education and to enrich their experiences of university life. During the event, our graduates shared their knowledge and experiences regarding their educational journeys, professional careers, and working life.

As part of the event, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Architecture, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Seda ŞİMŞEK, also provided students with information about the Social Transcript initiative. Students were informed about the Social Transcript, which recognizes not only academic achievements but also students’ social, cultural, artistic, and sports activities and their contributions to personal and professional development.

We would like to thank our graduates for joining the event and sharing their valuable experiences with our students, as well as our first-year students for their participation. At the end of the event, Dean of the Faculty of Architecture Prof. Dr. Ali TÜRK presented certificates of appreciation to the graduates in recognition of their valuable contributions and for sharing their experiences with our students.
