Principles and Procedures Regarding the Student Amnesty Regulated by Law No. 7592

In accordance with the implementation principles of Provisional Article 85 added to the Higher Education Law No. 2547 by Article 14 of the Law No. 7592 on Amendments to the Higher Education Law and Certain Laws, which was published in the Official Gazette dated 9 August 2026 and numbered 33335 and entered into force, the Principles and Procedures for the Resumption of Education by students who have been dismissed from, or who have never enrolled in, the University's associate, undergraduate, and graduate programs were approved by the University Senate on 19 August 2026.
