Seminar on “First Aid Awareness and Emergency Response” Held
Under the coordination of our Faculty Quality Office, a seminar entitled “First Aid Awareness and Emergency Response” was held for our faculty staff by Assistant Professors Çiğdem ERDEM and Betül BAYRAK, faculty members of the Department of Nursing at the Faculty of Health Sciences.

The seminar covered the importance of first aid, the basic principles of providing appropriate and prompt intervention in emergencies, basic life support, the Heimlich maneuver, appropriate response methods for various emergency situations, and key considerations in first aid practices. Participants were provided with valuable information on how to respond to emergencies in a safe, appropriate, and informed manner.
