Social Transcript Tracking System – 2025–2026 Spring Semester Activity Submission

Dear Students,
The Social Transcript Tracking System has been established to record and recognize the extracurricular achievements of associate and undergraduate students throughout their education. These activities include social, cultural, scientific, sports, community service, and career development events organized by university units, student clubs, and public institutions, organizations, and non-governmental organizations collaborating with our University.

Students are required to submit the extracurricular activities they participated in during the 2025–2026 Spring Semester (February 2, 2026 – June 26, 2026) through the Social Transcript Tracking System in accordance with the application schedule.

All submitted activities will be reviewed by the Social Transcript Evaluation Commission. Students whose applications are approved will be eligible to receive an e-Government (e-Devlet) approved Social Transcript Certificate.
