The “Campus Shield: SİBERAY & SDÜ” Seminar Was Held at Our Faculty.

In cooperation with our University’s Social Contribution and Stakeholders Coordination Office and the Cybercrime Department of the Isparta Provincial Police Department, a seminar was organized within the scope of the “Campus Shield: SİBERAY & SDÜ” project. The seminar aimed to raise awareness and increase the level of consciousness of faculty members and students against cyber crimes.

The police officer participating in the seminar highlighted the significant increase in crimes committed in the digital environment in recent years, emphasizing that young people, in particular, should be more cautious and conscious in their use of the internet. Participants were reminded that not all content encountered online can be considered reliable, and it was strongly emphasized that protecting digital personal data is both an individual and a social responsibility.
