Training Program on the V2 Version of the Request Tracking System Held

A training program on the V2 version of the Request Tracking System used within our Faculty was held. The program was organized to enable our staff to use the system more effectively and efficiently, provide information about the new features introduced with the latest version, and contribute to faster and more organized request management processes. The training was conducted by Şahin BİÇEN, Contracted IT Personnel at our University’s Department of Information Technology. As part of the training, participants were provided with detailed information about the innovations and updates introduced in the V2 version of the Request Tracking System. Practical demonstrations were given on system usage, request creation and tracking processes, and the effective use of the new features. Throughout the program, participants’ questions were answered, and guidance was provided on important points to consider when using the system. The training contributed to improving our staff’s knowledge and practical skills regarding the new system and its features.

At the end of the training program, a certificate of appreciation was presented to Şahin BİÇEN, Contracted IT Personnel at the Department of Information Technology, in recognition of his contribution to the program through sharing his knowledge and experience. We would like to thank him for his valuable contribution to the training, as well as all our staff members who participated in the program.
